Our nurses are specially trained in geriatric care. If needed, we can provide round- the- clock nursing services either in the hospital or at home.

- Nursing assessments
- lan of Care for home health aides
- Regularly scheduled check ups
- Administration of medications and treatments
- Influenza shots
- Wound treatments
- Round-the-clock nursing care
- Frequent communication between client, physician, family and aide
- Supervision of home health aides within client's home
- Training home health aides according to client's specific needs
- Educating clients on self-care, safety and infection control
